Introduction

Since April 15th, 2009, and working with High Tech Synergy, I’ve been immersed in the world of software engineering, following my completion of the Compulsory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) in Nigeria and picking up several tips and lessons along the way. However, my journey in coding began much earlier, back in 2003 when I first entered university. Over the years, I’ve transitioned from a trainee to an engineering manager, navigating various roles, companies, and challenges along the way.
